When you make a donation to Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, we are charged a number of standard transactional fees by other companies, including fees for processing payments, looking up addresses and validating bank account details.
We are always keen to keep our administration costs to a minimum, which is why we wanted to offer supporters like you the chance to offset some of these fees with a small increase to your donation.
This is completely optional and we are very grateful for your donation whether or not you choose to increase it.
